especially for multi-story office buildings and hotels. And
spec-built commercial buildings are an important part of economic
expansion and growth. Neither scenario is right for our design
aspirations - we specialize in custom retrofit design and integrated
building system design. When preservation of building aesthetics
is important, when maximum energy efficiency is a design goal, or when
special systems are part of the total building concept, we can deliver.
